Add benchmarks and load tests

Benchmarks

• Benchmarks should cover performance of smaller modules (microbenchmarking), with the goal of measuring and eventually being able to improve performance and memory usage
• divan or criterion (note: divan doesn't support file output yet)

Load testing

• Load testing should determine the minimum resource requirements (CPU, memory, network) to run the bolt-sidecar, with various load profiles
• It should help users determine the maximum resources they should allocate to the sidecar process / container
