Use UUID as ontology unique identifier (and skip uniqueness checks)

Since JRuby is being used, using an UUID (UUID.randomUUID()) would reduce (eliminate?) the chance for conflicts in ontologies unique id. Using it there would be no need to check and treat conflicts because the probability of conflicts is really low.
