Provide support for the release of metrics in languages that may be housed in a separate repository in future #42
Description
The current version of MARS has support to extract files only from the original WGs or the translations repository.
In the near future, there may be cases when there are different repositories that house the translations. It would be great if we could add a third option to MARS to incorporate metrics from repositories other than the WGs/ translations
