Maintain a database for metrics #45
Description
Currently, MARS uses a YAML file to incorporate metrics and extract the relevant details about the metric file.
As the number of metrics grows in the future, it can become difficult to maintain the YAML file. It would be great if we could maintain a database of metrics and use them as the primary input to MARS.
