Flag formatting loses table spacing making it harder to read

Description

When switching over to fang, the table output of flags is lost. This generally makes it harder to read the flags, and the associated help because there isn't consistent positioning. The help text also wraps back into the flag output making that somewhat confusing.

It would be nice to either have some options to configure the layout of the flags or to default it more like Cobra's default output.

I’d also love to see this implemented. I’ve created fang.WithShorthandPadding() to optionally enable this feature in Nadim147c@07509bb. Since I’ve made a number of changes and decided to group flags with and without shorthand separately, I haven’t opened a PR yet. If this looks good, I can submit a clean PR, with or without the flag grouping.
