Remove redundant Notion sync workflows

ChittyRegister (registry.chitty.cc) is the source of truth for service
catalog, deployments, and integrations. The Notion export pipeline was
solving a problem the existing architecture already handles.

Removed:
- sync-services.yml, sync-deployments.yml, sync-integrations.yml
- scripts/export_bundles.py, preflight.py, verify_bundle.py
- chittyos-export.yaml
