Can this run on real mobile android devices?

Hi.
I am looking for solutions for use headless chrome on real Android Devices.
Can I usage this project for interaction with chromedriver in Activity Context?
For example, open a web page by click on the button in the MainActivity.
Or run some test by click on the button in the MainActivity.
I tried to setup the selenium in the Android project, but nothing worked for me.
