Feature Req: Rank Graph & custom background

I created a fork where I made some changes to better fit my needs.

Here's an example of what mine looks like:

It's meant to replace the old one using anuraghazra/github-readme-stats since its been having outages recently. Example:

I haven't put that much effort into the design, which is why this is a feature request. I quite like how the old one looked, but would like a self-hosted one using runners instead.

The requested changes are:

• Having a rank graph which shows your letter ranking with a circular progress bar.
• The ability to use a custom background image, such as an SVG. Allowing for cool animated backgrounds like the one I created.

I didn't create a PR since I don't believe the code I wrote is at the same standard, just something I wrote in my free time.
I will likely switch to that at some point, although I have no idea how to set that up yet. If this gets merged before than, ill use yours instead.
