`preventDefault()` on successful keybinding activation

Might want to allow user to decide, for each binding, whether the event is allowed to pass through to the browser, because

• ideally the user should be allowed to have Ctrl + V activate both app paste and browser paste (even though I find this poor for usability)

But stopping passthrough altogether seems like a good solution
