BA: incorrect forename/surname distinction #852
Description
As explained in #817, BA has faulty forename/surname distinctions. With the manual fix form #817 , there are now also "different" people, i.e. with different IDs, even though they are the same person.
I am posting this issue so that this is documented and will be hopefully fixed sometime in the future.
