BG: missing @to in AtanassovAtanas affiliation #942
Description
Processing ParlaMint 5.0 data @5roop found a bug in the BG listPerson file, which causes AtanassovAtanas to have two parliamentary group affiliations. Atanasov's (latest) affiliation with parliamentaryGroup.DB starts on 2022-10-19 and never ends, while his affiliation with parliamentaryGroup.WCC starts on 2021-12-03 and ends 2021-12-13 - so, between these two dates he has 2 affiliations.
@KirilSimov, we can't fix this as we do not know what is correct, but maybe you can and let us have the new ParlaMint-BG-listPerson.xml or, indeed, just the @to of parliamentaryGroup.DB affiliation?
