How to process the raw data

I wonder how to process the raw data in TuDataset to produce the data (random walk) you provide. Can you release the pre-process source code?

The data we provide is raw data but not preprocessed. You can use the load_graphdata in gckn/data_io.py to load graphs from the TuDataset.
