Update to use the new branding logos and colors #4828
Description
In order to reflect our branding changes, we want to update the primary colors and logos in the App and Github Oauth app to use the new logo and colors.

Acceptance Criteria
App Updates
- Update the nav logo to use the Pages horizonatal logo (
/images/logos/pages-logo-blue.svg) - Update the logo footer to use the Pages horizonatal logo (
/images/logos/pages-logo-blue.svg) - Update the logo in the mobile/tablet view nav to use Pages horizonatal darl ('/images/pages-logo.svg')
- Review the current color palette with design to figure out the transition for the older color scheme to the new one
Github Updatess
- Update the image for the pages bot
- Update the Pages oauth app in developer settings to use the new logo
