Figure out how to implement a second-level collection #243
Description
Council membership/leadership pages are in effect a collection of members. But this would need to be nested within the CDOC, COFFA, etc. custom collection.
Notes
- How do we want to implement this?
- I'm open to the idea that it should just be hard-coded as a single page in each council collection, but in that case I'll need whatever HTML snippets we need to be able to hook into it with CSS. I can guess (a couple nested DIVs, etc) but easier to do what you tell me
