investigate *-logsearch ELBs #926
Description
each environment has an ELB called -logsearch that has only the elasticsearch_masters as targets. At a glance, it looks like these aren't used (I think the only requests across them are healthchecks)
We should confirm whether these are unused and decommission them if so.
