download_pph2_data.sh - links not working in install script

Hello,
download_pph2_data.sh does not work because the locations are not available- could it be that the files have moved elsewhere?  Please let me know.

PS:Other than polyphen-2 data - the rest of the instructions are updated and I should be able to install and run?
