I don’t know what you’re trying to show in your screenshot. Once you click the “Share list” button, it makes your list public and that link will work for non logged in users (it’s the same link as you’re accessing it from)

The link will not work at all. This is the main issue. Once the page is refreshed also the main ORIGIN page will be unavailable. Reported by 15 user last week: https://mariushosting.com/how-to-install-wishlist-on-your-synology-nas/

Worked like a charm for more than one year.

Looks like the app itself is not working anymore with reverse proxy. The ORIGIN env variable works only on localhost.

Yes but it doesn't look like a definitive solution. Only wishlist is affected by this.
This is a workaround not a definitive fix.

This is the solution. Sveltekit generates this Link header which can become large and so the additional Nginx config is required. This other issue has more information: #170
