Rows analysis

Since version 2025.9.23, I have found the Rows analysis function, but it does not seem to be activated.
What is it? How does it work?
Finally, another question: which SAM model is used in TagLab? SAM 1 or SAM 2?

Dear LoreForna,

the version is SAM 1. The Row analysis tool is think for ancient walls analysis. YOu can activate it by pressing Settings and choose the Research Field of Digital Heritage (this pre-settings activate some tools and de-activate other tools).

Thank you for your reply.
I was able to see how the row analysis tool works at the last ArcheoFoss event, along with the calculation of the measurements of the individual components, so now everything is clear.
I wanted to ask you if you plan to update the SAM model to versions 2 and/or 3.
