即使信任了证书，也无法使用https

无论是使用自带的证书还是重新生成的ca证书，添加信任以后，都无法通过浏览器或是新版网易云（新版已无法回落http）访问https://music.163.com or etc. ，从而导致网易云无法播放。
使用node版信任证书则正常

Desktop:

• OS: Windows11 x64
• APP Version: 2.9.8 Build 199759

Server:

• OS: openwrt 19.07
• Version [0.2.13(mipsel)]
