In both Readme.md and ubuntu_install.sh, code is grabbed from https://github.com/suleyman-kaya/Ragnar (I assume he contributes to the project). Besides it being a very old version, I think it's generally misleading and every URL should be changed to this repo (unless there is a very good reason not to do so).
