Handle exception if date can't be parsed in executeGetNormalizedOutput #683

@EkaterinaKladova

Description

@EkaterinaKladova

Find a graceful way to handle failure to parse date from inside Pyodide in executeGetNormalizedOutput.

Ethan says he was trying to make the things you send the rules engine kind of consistent. You only needed to convert it here. He says he removed the other date conversions from Typescript.

He suggests logging this as an issue to find a graceful way to handle this exception from inside Pyodide.
