Important notes

Always test any changes to @spectrum-css packages.
Typically, updates by Dependabot affect only development environment and won't break production deployment.
To update theme within an doc site (devdocs, merchdocs, oms-docs, merchdocs-mbi, pwa), run rake update:theme there.
