Frontend: Improve carousel tile resizing (with regard to font size & wrap).
For example see the portfolio or donate items carousel on mobile device:
- Ensure title text is visible
- Resize description / paragraphs and wrap where needed
- Hide text that is to long to render on smaller device screens
