Warn when signed data with negative values is given (hdf5 only)

Signed data with negative values cannot be displayed properly in BDV, because it maps the negative part to high unsigned values.
pybdv should produce a warning if such data is given.
(This is only relevant for bdv.hdf5; for bdv.n5 data type conversion is not necessary)
