In converse.js v14.0.0 reacting to non-encrypted messages and receiving reactions for those messages works as expected on both ends.
But as soon as OMEMO is turned on, reactions done from within converse.js:
are shown as quoted message in other clients, here for example Dino and Gajim:
It seems like those clients turn to a kind of fallback, which they don't do for unencrypted reactions they receive from converse.js
