Using tectonic console with eks

Just wondering if it's possible to use tectonic console on a custom bootstrapped cluster e.g by eks or Kops.

Tectonic console is undoubtedly most polished console I have tried. With red hat now running the show it it possible to see the project being open-source or releasing previous version on docker hub.
