applicationsChildElements directive not found

Hi,
I added the applicationChildElements directive (corresponding to the facebook plugin) and due to this my build can not be done.

The sample here does not have the applicationChildElements directive included in the documentation :

Try again. It seems to be some networking issues, as linked file can be downloaded just fine.
