CPU and memory recommendations for cortex components

Hi,
I would like to know the CPU and memory recommendations for different components of cortex.
For ex: I am running cortex in k8s with below configuration:
4 ingesters (12 Gi memory, 1800m cpu, 50GB EBS for local storage)
3 distributors (2 Gi memory)
4 kubernetes clusters with lot of infrastructure metrics (k8s, kafka, elasticsearch, druid, flink, lot more). I would like to know if this is a proper configuration. And would also like to know the recommendation.
