installs older verion of couchDB than desired (1.0.2)

I'm not sure why this is happening. i did this on my laptop (ubuntu 10.10) and I believe that it installed 1.1.0.
today i did the install on my desktop (ubuntu 11.04) and it installed couchDB 1.0.2
