Click on a specific card for viewing info on a Modal

Scenario : As a citizen, I have clicked on a specific card to view data

Given that I am on the category details page as a citizen,
When I click on one of cards from the grid view:

• Then I should see all information on a modal if there is additional info.
• Then I should not see buttons like "email", "phone number" if there is no available information.
• If the actual source_link is not valid, show the saved google drive source link.
