I can confirm wayback didnt helped.

This is quite a common issue (for some oi like Balkan, APIO not all), so many oi stuff is getting lost (tasks,testcases,editorials).
Should we scrape and save all data on disk and later publish on web?

I wouldn't say it's a common issue, considering that we don't have that many problems from Balkan OI in this guide (compared to other sources)?
