+1 looking at wireshark there's a fair few telemetry-looking endpoints being touched by a fresh Win11 install that I'd like blocked

@crazy-max would you consider adding myself or others to this repo if perhaps you don't intend to maintain it moving forward? I'd be happy to do maintenance ie. vetting/merging PRs of new addresses to block
