[bug] Custom "Calibre E-Book Converter Settings" ignored by both Auto-Convert and Library Converter (manual conversion works) #1098

Description: I have noticed an inconsistency where custom conversion settings are applied correctly during manual conversion, but are ignored by the automated tasks.

I use specific arguments in Calibre E-Book Converter Settings to preserve image quality for .cbz to .epub conversion (Manga/Comics).

My specific settings:

--output-profile tablet --dont-grayscale --no-process

The Behavior:
Manual Conversion: ✅ Works. The flags are respected, and the output is correct.
Enable CWA Auto-Convert: ❌ Fails. The flags are ignored during import.
CWA Library Converter: ❌ Fails. When converting the existing library (Current Target Format - EPUB), the flags are also ignored.

Expected Behavior: Both "Auto-Convert" and the "Library Converter" tasks should use the arguments defined in "Calibre E-Book Converter Settings," just like the manual conversion does.

Steps to Reproduce:
Set custom flags: --output-profile tablet --dont-grayscale --no-process.

Test 1 (Auto-Convert): Drop a .cbz file into the import folder. The resulting epub has default settings (grayscale/processed).

Test 2 (Library Converter): Run the Library Converter task on an existing book. The resulting epub also ignores the custom flags.

Test 3 (Manual): Manually convert a book via the UI. The flags are correctly applied.
