Integrate aqua-sc with aqua-js

Todo:

1. Move encoders from aqua-js to aqua-sc, aqua-js should reexport them,
2. aqua-js should reexport typechain output from aqua-sc
3. addresses will be exported by aqua-sc and reexported in current shape by aqua-js
