CS50 lib for C#

Hi, my name is Fabio.
I'd like to create a nuget library for C# language using the method names available for libcs50.
I'd like to know if I can do this or is there any restriction of doing this?

The goal is not to create a library pretending to be a oficial CS50 library for .NET, but an open source library "influenced" by libcs50.
