No documentation beyond basic building & running

There don't seem to be obvious instructions for

• running CEM with non-default inputs
• specifying wave data or other input parameters
• editing pertinent parts of the code

@JamieJQuinn I'm not one of the main developers of CEM but I have some familiarity with it and may be able to help you out. I've really only worked, unfortunately, on an older version of it, which is the v0 branch.

I'm not personally using the code anymore, I was just trying to use it for a hackathon (modelling coastal erosion) but just found it too difficult to get working. It seems like a good code and it doesn't seem like it would take too much work (from a knowledgeable user!) to improve the documentation & examples. I'd be willing to help out if you (or another dev) can point to specific parts in the code or provide an example I could write up as some documentation.
