docs: add notes on how to get client logs

Troubleshooting section should provide info on how to get client logs.

• CVMFS_DEBUGLOG may need to be added in case of autofs-managed mounts; get the logs from there.
• Private mounts don't need that as the cvmfs2 process doesn't fork and all logs are outputted into stdout.
