Attempt to split double-length episode results in second half just being intro

I tried splitting Simpsons s28e12e13 several times, but in each case, I end up with an episode 12 video of the first half (~23 minutes) of the episode, but the title listed as e13 is just the intro that it trimmed. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or need to adjust settings in some way.
