fixes for -c=c and r and file write error

i found a way to fix the -c i ended up removing the if statement and leaving only the -c copy then it worked I also grabbed and compiled 4.0.2 version of ffmpeg, then ran the files on the same directory as the sh file so far it has converted a small amount and no problems, I would advise the owner to revise the -c=c and r thing as that might be a problem with 4.0.2

all i ended doing was removing the if that was accepted the string and leaving only one behind but am not sure if my file would work for all i left only one part of the if statement the rest where removed i could try and doing a pull request but my experience in git is limited
