[Task] Modify CMakeLists.txt to conform with consistent Cyclus macros #26

What is this task about?
In a recent update of the Cyclus build system, some additional macros were added in cyclus/cyclus that can be used to ensure consistency in archetype builds. The Cycamore CMakeLists.txt was updated accordingly and could form a model for how to update this.
