colab tutorial compatibility issues #2
Description
There are compatibility issues in basic python packages required by GREmLN and what is available in google colab. Some issues are related to Scanpy, Numpy, and Numba (which I am able to bypass, but there seem to be more fundamental incompatibilities related to pandas versions required by GREmLN and what is available in the colab). Could you specifically provide the exact versions of all packages required to run the GREmLN colab notebook, resolve compatibility issues, and have the appropriate package versions as default settings?
