Tether Gold is updated to a standard ERC20

Token Migration Announcement: The XAUt token contract has migrated to a new address.

The new version functions as a proxy, and the current implementation is an extension of the OZ ERC20Upgradable.

@Vsevo1od at the same link from the README, which is the implementation contract of the old tether gold :

When looking at the code of this old implementation contract, it doesn't return false for transfers. It seems the information is incorrect and both old and current XAUt behave normally and return true on success.
