Describe the bug
Upon initial setup, many of the initial bookmarks no longer show in the Chrome Bookmarks Bar or on Github. They are still "discoverable" when you select folders to pin, but do not show up elsewhere. The only way I can get all of my bookmarks to show is to go and restore my bookmarks via renaming the Bookmarks.bak file to Bookmarks. As soon as GitSyncMarks runs again, the majority of the bookmarks disappear again (I assume because they aren't in Github.
Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Follow Setup Wizard
- Notice that not all bookmarks have synced
- Only way to get back to original bookmarks is to restore Bookmarks.bak
Expected Behavior
All original bookmarks on Chrome are synched and show up both in original location as well as Github.
Actual Behavior
Only 2 of multiple folders show up, and any individual bookmarks on the bookmarks bar are missing in both the Chrome UI as well as on Github.

I think this extension looks really badass. Hoping that this is a Pop!OS issue and/or Flatpak issue that can be resolved with settings or a small update. Looking forward to using this and I appreciate that you made it!
