Implement package build pipeline #90
Description
In order to get various package types distributed it would be nice to have an automated build pipline doing the job.
DoD:
- Create build scripts for
- Debian/Ubuntu packages
- Appimage
- Create Docker container to execute build scripts in defined environment
- Add CI/CD process for doing it automatically on new version/tag
