Consider re-adding url and baseurl params

'url' is needed for jeklyll-sitemap plugin

url is the the website domain URL without a trailing slash

baseurl is only to be used when the resulting site lives at a subpath of the domain (if site is at exmple.com/blog, then baseurl should be /blog. It should never be set to nothing or to simply /
