Fix phantom Backlinks display #467

@damionx7, could you please fix the display of backlinks in the right panel and in the "Info" window
In version 2.9.9, I see phantom backlinks in the "Backlinks" tab on the right panel, and these backlinks are also displayed in the "Info" window.
The note contains no links at all. I couldn't figure out the pattern of backlinks. There are notes that don't show any phantom backlinks. At the same time, there are notes that list an incredible number of backlinks...
