Selecting an image after the cache was flushed causes an exception

Clicking in the sidebar on a previously selected pexels image should open the media modal but instead throws an exception Photo with id 515169 was not found in the cache.

As the cache is not persistent this can easily happen after deployments, pulling data from a live system or other cases.

Just ran into this issue again a few times in the last days.

@daniellienert I guess one way to solve this would be to provide a command that fills the cache for all asset proxies in the system. The alternative is to request the data again if the cache doesn't contain the desired identifier. I don't know the pexels api, but I can try to take a look at the issue.
