Balance of staked tokens should update for the staker and stakee, without screen refresh

1. Balances do not update without screen refresh, aside from dApp UI - Token staking experience  #34
2. Upon screen refresh, balance of stakee tokens and number of stakers updates incorrectly
3. Upon screen refresh, balance of staker tokens reverts to default
4. Who I staked on screen does not keep updated after screen refresh
