[Enhancement]: use diff patch for artifact edition instead of full rewrite

What features would you like to see added?

Hello,

Artifact is a great feature, however any change requires the model to regenerate hundred, if not thousand, lines of code for sometimes a few single label or color update.

Models are now capable to directly generate the patch as a diff output (like https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/tools-apply-patch/). Would it be possible to have something like this implemented for artifact ? Model could decide to generate patch if the change is small enough (or if instructed to).
