Simple design - a resolver which points to an L2 deployment of ENS.

Why?

• Cheaper.
• 100x better than using IPNS - global consistency in 1s vs. 1-24h with inconsistency issues.

How?

• A simple entry which points a resolver to L2.
• Deploy ENS there.
